SBPC MATURE ADULT CENTER announces these ongoing activities:       

• SILVER AGE YOGA - SBPC MATURE ADULT CENTER, 120 Stevens Avenue, Solana Beach, CA - (858) 509-2587.
  Instructors Elizabeth Young and Terri Rucker co-lead the Silver Age Yoga Class in Debin Hall's lower lever, Room 16, from 11 AM to Noon on Fridays. It is open to all, but is designed specifically for the needs of seniors of all ability levels. This "chair only" class means that there are no mats and there is no need to get on the floor. There are some standing postures, but these can all be done with the help of a chair if needed. There is no fee, but donations are welcome for the non-profit Silver Age Yoga.
  
  

• FEELING FIT CLUB (FFC) - Classes will meet via ZOOM; call Donna at (858) 342-0981 to receive ZOOM invitation. 

• Sue Grant happily leads the Feeling Fit Club each Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. You are welcome to participate on one or both days. There is no fee as FFC is sponsored by San Diego County's Aging and Independence Services Agency. For updates on the classes, contact Donna at (858) 342-0981.
